Meet Sonya Digby

Your Partner in Healing

Sonya Digby is an accredited EMDR therapist and experienced psychologist with advanced training in trauma recovery. With over a decade of experience, Sonya has worked with many individuals, providing support through the challenges of their past with empathy, humour, and a practical approach.

Sonya’s passion for helping others stems from her understanding of how trauma can affect various aspects of life. She combines her expertise in EMDR therapy with a warm, down-to-earth style, believing that healing is a process that can feel manageable.

Sonya has a special interest in working with Emergency First Responders and is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and confidence in their recovery journey. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, hiking, planning her next travel adventure, building lego creations, and spending time with her family and dog.
